Check Bucket Wool Hat brown
Mayser has equipped the walking hat with an exceptionally generous proportion of new wool, complemented by fine, fluffy cashmere fibres. The mottled wool hat is a cosy headgear, visually expressed in its colourful, check-patterned stripes. The stylish component is taken care of by a leather trim, held in place by metal eyelets, with a brand pin confidently sitting above. Water-repellent properties complete the check hat.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained within your shopping basket. Credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details and the credit card company carries out an authorisation check. You will then be redirected to our online shop where you can complete the order process. After placing an order in the shop, we ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language used for the conclusion of the contract is German. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text format. You can view the contract text when logged in as a customer.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
7. Transport damage
If delivered goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please report such faults to the delivery agent as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, this will help us with our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance company.
8. Warranty and guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory responsibility for defects applies.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect occurs one year after the delivery of the goods, claims based on defects shall be excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery can be claimed within the legal period of limitation of two years from the delivery of goods.

• insofar as the scope of product liability law applies.
Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found on the product and specific information pages in the online shop.

The extent of liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the emergence of which has to be typically expected.
In addition, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here. Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes.
To resolve disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or disputing whether such a contractual relationship exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board. We’re glad you’re interested in our online shop. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. We outline how we handle your data in detail below.
1. Access data and hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server logfile, which contains (for example) the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request.
This access data is assessed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and to improve what we offer. This serves to protect our legitimate interest in correctly presenting our offer, which takes precedence in the weighing of interests in line with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f of the GDPR. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
Third party hosting services
As part of processing on our behalf, a third party provides us with hosting services and website presentation. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in the forms provided in the online shop as described below are processed on the third party’s servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope explained here.
This service provider is located within a country belonging to the European Union or European Economic Area.
2. Data collection and use for contract processing, making contact and opening a customer account
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide us with it as part of placing an order or when you get in touch with us (e.g. using a contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such. This is because we need this data in order to process your order or to process your contact enquiry, and we would not be able to send your order or reply to your contact enquiry without it. The data collected can be seen on the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. b of the GDPR for contract processing and processing your enquiry.
Insofar as you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. a of the GDPR by opening a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account.
After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond this point, which is permitted by law and which we will inform you about in this privacy statement. Your customer account can be deleted at any time and can be triggered either by sending a message using the contact options outlined below or by using the function provided in the customer account itself.
3. Data transfer
To fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. b of the GDPR, we pass your data on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery insofar as this is required for the delivery of the goods you have ordered. Depending on the payment service provider you choose during the ordering process, we will forward the payment data collected on to the financial institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, the payment service provider commissioned by us or the selected payment service for payment processing. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, insofar as you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy statement of the respective payment service provider applies.
Data transfer to shipping service providers
Provided that you have given your express consent during or after placing your order, we will pass your email address and phone number on to the selected shipping service provider in line with Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. a of the GDPR. This is so that they can contact you prior to delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.
This consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to one of the contact options outlined below or by directly contacting the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. After revocation of your consent, we will delete the corresponding data unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond this point, which is permitted by law and which we will inform you about in this privacy statement.

The functionality of our website may be impaired if you do not accept cookies.
Insofar as you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. a of the GDPR, this website uses the so-called DoubleClick cookie as part of its use of Google Analytics (see below) for advertising purposes, which enables your browser to be recognised when visiting other websites. The information automatically generated by the cookie about your visit to this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. The IP address is shortened by activating IP anonymisation on this website before being transmitted within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states within the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymised IP address transmitted from your browser for use by Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google will use this information to create reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website usage. Google may also transfer this information on to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. After the purpose has been completed and after we have finished using Google DoubleClick, the data collected in this context will be deleted.
Google Double Click is offered by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. (www.google.de).
Insofar as information is transmitted to the Google servers in the USA and saved there, the American Google LLC company is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. As a result of the agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined the appropriate data protection level for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.
You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by deactivating the Double Click cookie using this link. You can also find out about the setting of cookies and adjusting of settings from the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept them, to accept cookies in certain cases or to exclude them in general. The functionality of our website may be impaired if you do not accept cookies.

The information automatically generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is shortened before being transmitted within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states within the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymised IP address transmitted from your browser for use by Google Analytics will not normally be merged with other Google data. After the purpose has been completed and after we have finished using Google Analytics, the data collected in this context will be deleted.
You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. This will place an opt-out cookie on your end device. If you delete your cookies, you will be asked to give your consent again.
Insofar as you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. a of the GDPR, this website also uses Google Signals. This is an extended function of Google Analytics that enables so-called “cross-device tracking”. This means that if your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account, Google can generate reports on your usage behaviour (especially the number of users across devices), even if you change your end device. To do this, Google uses data provided that you have activated the “personalised advertising” setting on your Google account.
We do not process personal information in this regard, we only receive statistics from Google Signals.
You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. This prevents the collection of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address), as well as the processing of this data by Google. How to find my hat size
How do I find out my hat size?
To find out your hat size, you first need to measure the circumference of your head. You will need a tape measure and a mirror for this. Take the measuring tape and place it at the back of your head. Next, draw both sides of the tape to the front, just above the ears and over the eyebrows, bringing it together roughly in the middle of your forehead. Please be careful not to pull the tape measure too tight. You can now use a mirror to read your head circumference. We recommend rounding up the number you see to the next full centimetre (e.g. round 57.5 cm up to 58 cm). Women should take care to comb their hair back flat when measuring their head.
Our special tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape to hand, you can also use any piece of cord or string and then place this against a folding ruler to find the size. Again, it is important to round up the measured size to the next whole number. This is because a hat that is too small can cause headaches. Whereas if a hat is a little too big, the difference can be compensated for with two strips of cork material. Where these can be used to adjust the size correctly, we always deliver two cork strips with every hat.
For elongated head shapes, the cork strips should be placed on the sides, underneath the hat band. For rounder head shapes, we recommend placing the cork inserts at the rear end of the lining. Two cork strips can alter the hat size by around 1 cm. If you need more than the cork inserts that come with the hat, you can of course order more for a low price at Mayser!
