How do I return an item?
1. Start return
Visit our returns portal at retoure.mayserhats.com and log in with your delivery note number and email address. In the next step, select the items you would like to return and indicate the reason for the return as well as the desired return option.
2. Print return label
Attach the printed return label to the package so that it is clearly visible. Please make sure that you paste over or remove the old address field.
3. Return
Deliver the return shipment with sufficient postage to a parcel shop of your choice and keep the return receipt until you receive our confirmation of receipt of your return shipment.
4. Exchange or refund received
Whether you want an exchange or a refund, both will be done immediately after we receive and process your return. Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the order.
