Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to complete your purchase. However, we recommend creating one as it allows you to track your orders and manage saved addresses, making future purchases quicker and more convenient.
How do I log in to my account?
Simply enter your email address to log in. You’ll receive a personal six-digit code sent to that email for verification. The code is valid for 15 minutes and needs to be entered in the designated login field. No password required.
How do I reset my password?
There’s no need to reset a password – we use a code-based login system. Each time you log in, a new six-digit code is sent to your email address for secure access.

To place an order, click on “ADD TO CART” for any item you’d like to purchase. You can view your cart by selecting the shopping bag icon at the top right of the screen. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they are submitted, as processing and preparation for shipping begin immediately. If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations after delivery, you can easily return it to us using our online return portal.

Can I place an express order?
Express shipping is available only within Germany for an additional fee if you place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday). In this case, your order is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order anytime in your customer account under “Orders”. Once shipped, you will also receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, all parcels are insured by our shipping partners for up to €500 against loss or damage during transport.
If you're planning to place a high-value order exceeding this amount, feel free to contact us directly so that we can arrange the most secure shipping method for you. Even for orders over €500, the goods are not shipped at the buyer’s risk.
What should I do if my package is damaged or something is missing from my package?
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery or items are missing, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

Knowing your head size is essential to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for your new hat or cap.
Here’s how to measure your head circumference:
- Place a measuring tape around your head and across your forehead above eyebrow level.
- Read the measurement in centimeters – this number corresponds to your hat or cap size.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure the length with a ruler.

To check availability, select your desired color and size on the product page. If the chosen option is currently unavailable, we recommend checking back in a few days. Our inventory is automatically updated as soon as the item is restocked.
