The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products into the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process. We only ship products out. We regret that it is not possible to come and collect the goods in person.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

6. Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

7. Transport damage

If delivered goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please report such faults to the delivery agent as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, this will help us with our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance company.

8. Warranty and guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory responsibility for defects applies.
The following applies to used goods: if the defect occurs one year after the delivery of the goods, claims based on defects shall be excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery can be claimed within the legal period of limitation of two years from the delivery of goods.
