How do I access the online shop?

You can access our shop using the SHOP tab, which you can find in the menu on the top left of our home page. You can use the submenus to quickly and easily find the right headwear for you. You have several options: If you would like to find inspiration from the latest trends, use the NEW menu item to view our latest products, or go to SALE to see discounted items or special offers. Alternatively, you can dive into our shop by choosing a gender or choose from the different types of hat styles to view the various categories.

How do I get back to the home page?

Click on the MAYSER EST. 1800 brand lettering located at the centre top of the page to quickly return to the home page.

How can I find an item?

Our website is divided up into different categories and sub-categories to make searching for your desired item easier. Our site makes it easy to search for the right product.

Is my colour/size still available?

To check whether an item is available, select your desired colour and size in the item details. If the selected version is not available, you can check back in a few days. As soon as a product that has been unavailable for some time comes back into stock, our system updates immediately.

How do I order online? Is it possible to order over the phone?

Once you have selected a product, you can add the item to your personal shopping basket by clicking ADD TO CART. If you would like to continue shopping, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. You can check the items in your shopping basket and the total the items come to at any time by clicking on GO TO CART. To complete your order, click on GO TO CHECKOUT, enter in your address details and then choose your payment method. Alternatively, you can also pay directly via Amazon Pay or PayPal. You can of course also order over the phone. You can reach our friendly expert Support Team on +49 251 3226540. They are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and will be happy to take your order.

Where can I find care instructions for hats and materials?

We provide care instructions for each type of material to ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your products. Correct care and cleaning is essential for maintaining the charm and stylish appearance of our hats. You can find detailed information on this either in the footer of our site in the MATERIAL & MAINTENANCE menu item or in the product details for the product itself.

How do I determine my hat size for a perfect fit?

To ensure your hat fits you perfectly and feels as comfortable as possible, it is essential you know your head circumference and therefore your hat size. You can find information on finding your size using the SIZE GUIDE link.

How can I find out about the latest trends and newest Mayser collections?

Our newsletter keeps you up to date on all Mayser developments and news and also contains great special offers. To receive the newsletter, go to the bottom of our home page, enter your email address into the newsletter field and confirm your registration by clicking on SIGN UP. You can of course unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes to your order after placing it as your order will be prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. However, if you wish to complain about an item after receiving the goods or if an item you ordered does not fit or you do not like it, you can simply fill out the enclosed return slip and send the products back to us.

What payment methods are available?

You can choose to pay via Amazon Pay, advance payment (bank transfer), PayPal or credit card. You can find more detailed information on the payment methods we offer here:

Payment via Amazon Pay: If you have an Amazon account, you can pay with Amazon Pay in our online shop. Your Amazon account provides all of the information required to process your order. To order from our shop, simply select a delivery address and payment method that you already have on file with Amazon.

Payment in advance (bank transfer): When paying in advance, you transfer the total sum for your order to our account in advance. You will receive the necessary information, i.e. our bank details and specified purpose, via email after placing your order. The items you have ordered will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of payment.

Payment by PayPal: If you wish to pay using the PayPal online payment system, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

Paying via credit card: If you want to pay by credit card, we will require your card number, expiry date and card verification number (CVV). It goes without saying that credit card payments are processed in a very secure way.

Has my payment already been received?

The value date of the invoice amount and the shipping of the items take place automatically. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be immediately prepared for dispatch and handed over to our logistics partner. These processes usually run smoothly. However, if you have not received a shipping confirmation or the goods themselves, please call our customer service team so that we can check on your order as quickly as possible.

Where is my parcel? Can I track my order?

If you have registered as a customer, you can track the status of your order under the “My orders” menu item in your customer account. You will also find a tracking link in the confirmation email.

I have a voucher code. How can I redeem it?

There is a field for your voucher code in the shopping basket. When you enter a voucher code into this field, the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your total. Please note, however, that only one voucher may be redeemed per order.

Are the products insured?

Although it is almost impossible for your goods to be lost during shipping, all goods are of course insured. The shipping company we use insures each order for at least €500 per package. If you would like to order something that is considerably higher in value, please call us so we can find the best shipping option for your order. Even if the order value is higher than €500, there is of course no risk of the customer being left out of pocket.

Which parcel service does Mayser use? And can I order express delivery?

Our reliable and customer-friendly logistics partner DHL handles the delivery of your order. You are also able to order express delivery. This is subject to a €6 fee and is available if you place your order by 2pm from Monday to Thursday. If you order express delivery, the shipping company DPD will deliver your order the next working day.

How much are the shipping costs?

What do I do if there is something missing from my DHL parcel?

If parts of your order delivered by DHL are missing, you can use the form below to issue a loss report with us. Fill out the report in full and print it out. Put the signed loss report together with all parts of the shipment in the package and hand this in to your local DHL branch. The parcel centre in charge will then assess the complaint. After approximately 14 days, you will receive your shipment with the result of the inspection from the DHL branch.
